As for the pre-ex clauses, pre-ex conditions do not always mean denial of coverage and there are always companies willing to write a plan although it costs more just as when you apply for auto insurance and choose your level of coverage and they check to see if you are a risk due to accidents.
We will see how far they get with shoving this through and then we will see how fast it is repealed after the elections in November 2010. |
