With the decision in Belmont, CA to ban smoking in condos & apartments, do you think Houston should adopt a similar ban?

Republican presidential candidate John McCain is launching a new television ad that blames Democratic rival Barack Obama for rising gasoline prices.

The ad, airing on national cable and in 11 battleground states, argues that the cost of fuel is rising because of opposition to oil drilling in the United States.

The announcer in the ad says, "Gas prices _ $4, $5, no end in sight, because some in Washington are still saying no to drilling in America. No to independence from foreign oil. Who can you thank for rising prices at the pump?"

A photograph of Obama appears on the stage as a voiceover of a crowd chants: "Obama, Obama, Obama!"

Subject: McCain's a blithering idjit!

He's trying to place the blame on Obambi for the same policies he himself believes in!

What a bloody hypocrite!

The man has no honor. I don't care what anybody says; the hell with that POW BS; that "Straight Talk Express" is about as crooked as it gets.

This is hypocritical beyond belief, and is frankly outrageous.

Democrats SUCKing Up To Dictators
That is what drove opec to over 140 a barrel.

When everyone from Sean Penn to Nancy 'failed as speaker' Pelosi went to suck up to dictators and show how compliant and subordinate they could be it,it stirred these guys up and there went the price of crude.

And yes I know Seen Penn is a hollywood lib. It wasn't just politicos. These hollywierd wackos helped stir the pot. Micheal moore, Danny Glover, Sarandon, her geek husband Tim Wobbins. Went down to kiss the a s s of dictatorsocialist Hugo and Castro.

This is what sent gas prices soaring.

The world' fear of Democrat rule in the U.S. drove wall street mad. also contributing to soaring prices,Refusal to drill for independence from foriegn sources. The list goes on.
